Extra Thoughts: This is a great way to enjoy corn on the cob when you don’t have a lot of time. Just throw in the microwave and you have a quick and delicious snack!
Ingredients:
1 ear fresh corn (Do not husk)
Salt and butter to taste
1. Place corn (with husk on) in the microwave for 2-3 minutes, 3-4 minutes for larger ears. The corn is done when kernels are tender but still crisp when poked with the tip of a knife.
2. For every additional ear of corn, add 1-2 minutes of cooking time.
3. Remove husk, add salt and butter and enjoy!
