Milk

The most natural form of milk with a creamline!
Order Now

Tell me more

Knueven Creamery raises milking cattle and makes whole, chocolate and strawberry milk along with half and half creamer on their very own farm. They are able to oversee every aspect of the superb taste of their milk. It is pasteurized like we find in most stores, but not homogenized (stirred with high pressure to break down the fat molecules into the rest of the milk). Eliminating this process keeps the butterfat molecules in their natural state and maintains the health benefits and flavor of the milk. Not to mention it leaves a beautful creamline.

Knueven’s vat pasteurizes, which means the milk is heated to the lowest (legal) temperature for the minimum time allowed. Basically they don’t cook the milk.

The Cooper family and Riehm’s have been partners for more that 30 years. David and Miriam Cooper began Cooper’s Mill in 1969 alongside their Bucyrus home with just a picnic table and a desire to share their homegrown fruits and vegetables with others.

Decades have passed and the Cooper’s tradition continues – only under the new ownership and management of brothers Jason and Justin McMullen.

Cooper’s continues to produce the same high quality, homemade jams, and apple butter which customers have become accustomed to and love using the same recipes that have been carefully preserved by the Cooper family.

Their irresistible apple butter is cooked slowly in 50-gallon copper kettles over a wood fire, and our delicious jams and jellies are made in small batches so that the best flavor and consistency is obtained every time.

All Cooper’s Mill products are proudly made in Bucyrus, Ohio, using their own original recipes.
