The Fall/Winter “Base” Vegetable Share:

  • This size is great for small families, veggie lovers and those who juice.
  • After sign up you will have the opportunity to tell us what crops you like and don’t like and the Harvie software will create a customized box based on what we are harvesting on the farm. You will have the opportunity to make adjustments before each delivery as well as order extras if you like.
  • An extra full canvas bag of fresh and storage vegetables enough to use for (2) weeks, delivered twice a month.
  • Our seasonal vegetables are grown using organic practices, they are sweeter and more flavorful when the cold temperatures hit.
  • Recipes as well as culinary tips
  • Season includes 8 pick-ups from November to February. Beets, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Carrots, Kale, Lettuce, Sweet potatoes, Fall squash, Kohlrabi, Spinach, Brussels sprouts, Leeks/Onion, Cabbage, Potato, and a few choice Herbs.

This Share is Mini – half the size of the Base Share.

  • The perfect size to meet the needs of singles and anyone else who likes a smaller amount of veggies.
  • It will be customized with 3-5 vegetables based on your crop preferences. After sign up you will have the opportunity to tell us what crops you like and don’t like and the Harvie software will create a customized box based on what we are harvesting on the farm. Local artisan bread baker, Linda Lambert, handcrafts fresh bread daily. Linda trained at the Culinary Institute of America in New York with her husband Tom. The two returned to Ohio and in 2009 they opened Bella Cuisine, a small teaching kitchen that reflects their travels to Italy, Spain and Greece, and their love of European food.

The bread share consists of:

  • One loaf of artisan bread, twice-a-month (five flavors in all) wrapped in an air-tight bag
    • Sunflower bread – Wheat flour, whole wheat and sunflowere seeds. Great for sandwiches
    • Rosemary Boule – Wheat flour, rye, eight grains, rosemary, olive oil. Perfect for a bowl of pasta
    • Oatmeal Maple – Wheat flour, whole wheat, maple syrup, cinnamon. Soft and slightly sweet, great with ham and Swiss cheese
    • Cranberry Walnut Sourdough – Wheat flour, whole wheat, dried cranberries, walnuts (optional). It makes the best morning toast ever, or is great for turkey sandwiches
  • The loaves are dense, made with wholesome ingredients. Not organic.
  • EIGHT (8) deliveries from November through February in conjunction with our vegetable share

We are excited to partner with Anderson’s Farm Fresh Products near Bowling Green for their gorgeous brown eggs.  These un-size eggs have beautiful dark yellow yolks that stand up when you crack them. Brian and Stacie Anderson are chicken farmers, corn growers, egg producers — and proud parents to Audrey and Morris.  They both grew up on farms and knew they wanted to raise their family around livestock. Anderson’s Farm Fresh Products are grown with integrity and with a focus on providing healthy, local eggs.  Their farming practices are simple – and they sell only the best quality eggs — the same thing we feed our families.

Like the Fall/Winter vegetable shares, the egg deliveries runs twice (2) a month from November through February. EIGHT (8) deliveries.
