Ingredients:

1/2 small cabbage, thinly sliced
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon oregano
Salt and ground pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoons chili flakes
2 Tablespoons all purpose flour
2 Tablespoons olive oil
Pizza sauce
Cheese, shredded
Toppings: Peppers, onions, pepperoni, olives, whatever you like

1. Put shredded cabbage into a large bowl. Add eggs and stir.

2. Mix spices and flour well into cabbage/egg mixture.

3. Add oil to skillet, turn on low. Add mixture and flatten like a pizza crust. Cover with a lid. Cook 5 minutes on low.

4. Carefully flip cabbage keeping it into a pizza crust shape. Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce onto the cabbage. Add a layer of cheese on top. Sprinkle with oregano, layer your choice of toppings. Cover and cook 5 more minutes on low.
