Ingredients:
1 large broccoli, stems peeled and grated
2-3 medium carrots, grated
1/4 head of cabbage, very thinly sliced
3/4 cup mayo or Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
2 Tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon of each: salt, pepper, basil, garlic powder, celery seed

1.  Peel the woody stems of the broccoli with a pairing knife or peeler.

2.  Whisk the mayo, mustard, vinegar, honey and spices together until creamy

3.  Pour over broccoli, carrots, and cabbage and toss well. Store in fridge at least 1 hour or overnight before serving to let flavors combine.
