Since you are a Findlay Veggie Box Member, You’ll Want to Join the Fun and Experience Less Stress.

If veggies are good for you, then pizza is magic!

Alright, I may have fibbed a bit – pizza isn’t magic, it’s a way to use up your left over veggies before your next bag
arrives!! But it sure seems magical from all of the CSA member’s stories shared with me.

Onions, radishes, spinach – gone!

Tomatoes, kohlrabi, broccoli, sweet corn – disappears!

I get emails every single year from people who are challenged with eating all their veggies before the next bag arrives…

and we’ve finally stumbled onto a recommendation that RPFarm CSA member’s are making homemade pizzas to help.

You might think I’m nuts – how can something so common, like great tasting pizza, change people’s lives so dramatically?

It’s true, there are 100’s of ways to use up your left over veggies and take the stress out of your week.

Luckily, Gail & John Steffen moved back to Ohio and became Weekly Veggie Box members with RPFarm a couple of years ago and showed use this strategy.

That’s why this year we have an exciting venue lined up in the backyard of their home. Where you can come and go as you like between 5:00 – 8:00 PM.

The event is for CSA members to enjoy some pizza from their outdoor oven, fellowship with other, relax and have a good time. We are appreciating you and want to enhance your experience. We encourage you to invite your veggie lovin’ friends too!

Sure, there are other things you can do around the house on a weeknight. But when you get to have pizza cooked in an outdoor pizza oven and make lemon shake-up drinks (spiked or not)…

Life couldn’t be better!

Simple Ingredients, You’ll Love Troubleshooting With…

You can kill off your anxiety, of NOT KNOWING how to eat more veggie, with Gail & John’s night of hospitality in the backyard at their home.  They will inspire, and get you going on a path to success.

They even have PUSHED THE PENCIL and discovered that Homemade Pizza is inexpensive, costing only 32 cents for the dough, using only 3 simple ingredients.

The first time I made one of Gail’s pizza crust I thought it would be a science experiment gone wrong – but don’t worry, now that she has been making pizza crust for so long she’s seen it all!! Gail gave me answers to most common Q’s people have when they start making homemade pizza crust.

Gail’s pizza dough is forgiving and makes Meal Prep Easy and Affordable!

The evening will feel no different, than getting together with friends. Dress casual, you or your little ones may want to try out their Ninga Warrior gym set.

Mark your calendar for Thursday May 23, We’ll see you at John & Gail Steffen’s, 1150 Dalores Drive in Findlay starting at 5:00

P.S. If you get a chance let us know how many people are coming with you, it helps us with an idea of how much to prepare.
