To ensure a longer shelf life for your parsley, be sure to wrap the bottom with a wet paper towel. Refrigerate and keep in the plastic bag until ready to use. Parsley is great on omelets and pairs well with asparagus, dried beans, carrots, cauliflower, eggplant, potatoes and tomatoes.
