** Come early or stay late. Tour wagons are both the same

Meet the Chef's

What an incredible honor it is to have the opportunity to be this close & up front with two great chefs!

Chef Scott is the head chef and owner of Fowl & Fodder Local Fare.  He knows their mission doesn't start in the kitchen, it starts in the farms and bakeries, the dairies and greenhouses right in our Northwestern Ohio backyard. Fowl & Fodder presents a unique menu with fresh ingredients from LOCAL FARMERS and is all made from scratch.  Real food, from real farms, for real people.

CHEF TINO is the head chef and owner of Amaya’s Fresh Mexican Grille. He prides himself on giving you a great dinning experience! Originally from Toledo, Ohio. He got his big break when he was hired by Eateries, Inc. where he entered a culinary apprenticeship and began his culinary training. Upon completion of his training, Eateries dispatched him around the country opening restaurants. He calls Monroe, Michigan home for over 15 years.
