Join us for a Farm-to-Table dinner featuring winter produce from Riehm’s on Tuesday, February 4, 2020. Chef Justin Thomas from M’Osteria has planned a 6 course menu with wine pairings. M’Osteria will host the event at 6 pm for the evening.
M’Osteria is housed in a chic warehouse quarters in Downtown Toledo.
Course Two – Beet
Roasted, Pickled & Pureed Beets, Apple, Ricotta, Walnuts
Course Three – Ravioli
Turnip Ravioli, Carrot, Radish, Parmigiano, Prosciutto
Course Four – Scallop
Wild Martha’s Vineyard Scallops, Spinach Cappelletti, Cream, Pancetta, Begonia
Course Five – Short Rib
Ohio CAB Short Rib, Potato Gnocchi, Turnips, Carrots
Course Six – Chocolate
Chocolate Cake with Beet Gelato, Candied Walnuts
Wine pairings will be announced at the dinner
