Join us for a Farm-to-Table dinner featuring produce from Riehm’s on Sunday, March 24, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. Chef Anthony from Plat8 is the chef for the evening. Plate8 says, “RPFarm supplies much of the produce throughout the year and we are pleased to highlight their veggies at this event.”

First course: To start: Warm carrot puree with crispy carrot ‘bacon’
Second course: Twice baked blue potatoes: Whipped potatoes, garlic, butter & cream
Third course: Salad: Greens, roasted beets, pickled turnips & toasted beet dressing
Fourth course: Roasted herb chicken with celery root mash
Fifth course: Apples 3 ways: Apple jam, roasted apples & apple sauce
Chef Anthony and Farmer Phil are teamed up together for another awesome Farm-to-Fork Dinner.
What does a church have to do with Farm-to-Fork dinners? I know it’s unique, right? They comfortably seat 100 people for weddings and have the linens and dinnerware on hand. RPFarm just needed to hook them up with a chef and some farm fresh food… And that is exactly what we did! Hope Lutheran also is a “new” Toledo pick-up location for our CSA Weekly Veggie Boxes in the Ottawa Hills area this Summer.
