Farm-to-Table Dinner downtown Toledo

Come out of hibernation and enjoy an evening of fun with us!…on Friday, February 22, 2019 from 6:00 -10:00 p.m.

Riehm Produce Farm and Chef Scott Bowman of Fowl and Fodder present a night to explore the taste of the Winter season. We would love to share the adventure with you at the Fowl and Fodder restaurant, 614 Adam street in downtown Toledo. Included is an adventurous five course menu, and soft beverages. Alcoholic drinks are additional and can be purchased at event.

Appetizers and mingling at 6:00, and dinner begins at 6:30.
Price: $55.

Sweet chips with avocado
Chips with blue cheese dip
Deviled eggs
Bread mini brioche, veggie scrap ash butter
1st course Cured salmon with veggie scrap ash mayo, pickled beet tartare, capers, pumpernickel Melba toast
2nd course Chicken skin nachos, butternut squash gravy, brown butter jalapeno cornbread dressing, fried sage
3rd course Roasted carrot pots de creme
4th course Potato salad with pickled onion and mustard, pastrami Reuben with braised cabbage
5th course Sweet potato creme brule’, with ginger churros
